If you go on his efforts throughout the season then yeah maybe, but if he fails to win a title then he's just another champion player with no championship. The great ones win the lot as well as some not so great but you know what I mean.
Ernie, if he is not relying on his athleticism what is he relying on? He's a slasher, that's his game, the NBA is made for guys like this, clear out one side and get him the ball, that is why players like Carmello play better in the olympics because of their ability to change up their game. He is so athletic and strong he just overpowers guys in the NBA. So yes I would love him in a Pistons uniform but like someone else said, I'd love the Pistons to beat him and his team more.
Would I want Lebron in a Pistons uniform? Two words...Hell yes. It's not going to happen, but in a fantasy world yes I would love to have him. I hate LeBron, but he's a beast and I would love him and the refs on our side once he puts on a jersey.
