    Who do you think would make the best coach for the Pistons once Michael Curry gets fired?

    I picked my dream coach (or at least dream available coach)

    Jeff Van Gundy

    edited to add;

    I didn't see Lee. I would have voted for him as well. LOL

    As I looked through the list I was thinking...who would be worse than coach MC?

    Lee?...no I think Lee would have these guys eating their vegetables and hitting half courters.

    Doug Collins?...no, Doug might wear out his welcome quick and Kwame doesn't like him..but he would get the most of this roster.

    Herb Brown?...not even on the list.

    So by process of elimination that leaves Gar Heard. As you may recall Gar replaced LB for a 10 game stretch in March 2005. This quote by Cahuncey Billups shows how much Gar meant to the team:

    This made me laugh.

    "Coach, how would you describe your style?"

    "Agricultural and long distance"

    Jeff Van Gundy annoys me when he's announcing. He's very glib.

    I think MC ruined it for Lambs though. Joe won't want to make the same mistake twice in a row.

    And I actually think he'll stick it out with Curry for another year or two, unfortunately.

    Avery Johnson is my vote. An experienced coach that has won and he can be a mentor to Stuckey.

    Laimbeer would be my second choice.
