Man, this is a tough one. I'd go with Pacers or the Warriors. With a healthy Deng, the Bulls are also up there.

Depending on how the primadonna is feeling these days, Rockets also belong in that list with Parsons-DM-Howard.

When will they trade Asik btw?

As much as I hate to admit it, how can I vote against a frontcourt that includes Lebron James? Especially if it also includes Bosh. And even more so if they've won the last two league championships and were in the finals the year before that?

There are also 2 other players on any team. The frontcourt in particular doesn't have to be the best to win as long as there are guards that can star.

Good poll, Mikhail. You should make all of your polls public from now on. That makes it much easier for us to poke fun of people. :boink:

None of the other front courts are all that impressive. Indianas looks pretty good but Bosh is slightly better than West and while Hibbert is clearly superior to Haslem, the difference between George and James is monsterous.

Because the "front" of their front court is their weakness.
Indiana proved that in last year's playoffs by almost knocking them off.
    Bosh is soft.
    Haslem is a journeyman-quality big.

But they lost? Hibbert is slow and inconsistent. David West gets into foul trouble. Paul George is scared of double teams.

Bosh isn't soft. He plays 15ft out for a reason.

I may be a Casual Internet Fan, but I'm ni Bandwagon Assed Cat. This is the first time in several years that I've been optimistic about the Pistons. I plan to enjoy every minute!

Although, JaVale and Manimal are probably my second favorite front court after the Pistons.

But the "back" of the front court is still a part of the front court. Remove George from Indianas front court and they have a one time fringe all-star and a non-allstar.

The Heat's front court is all "back".
    Bosh = overated
Haslem = bench scrub on probably 75% of the other teams in the league.

Even with LeBron, the Heat are way down on my list.

I'll agree to disagree with you if you agree to disagree with me.

I don't think that a Pistons vote is crazy at all.
When the season is over, you might see all THREE guys average a double-double (Smith slightly less) with two of those guys among the league leaders in blocks. The other guy will be among the league-leading big men in steals.

Well, that frontcourt managed to win consequtive championships with "a broken down Wade" and Mario Chalmers as backcourt and fields a top 2 player all-time in his prime (I'm not counting the d-leaguers from the 60s).

I'll agree to disagree and give you this video as a token of our agreement:
