    The salary cap was supposed to help small market teams and equalize the playing field ?
    It was defeated !
    But not rendered useless.
    The league has been fighting off King James for ~9 years. He stopped the Kobe/Laker/Boston/NYKjoke/ league.
    OKC/SAS/DallM are still relevent.
