His Strideness is showing some glimpses on offense out there and nice to see His Floorness fighting to get the tap in. There was some air between feet and floor! It is apparent he will have some problems acclimating to the NBA this season but I think he will turn out good.

Yeah, the second unit with CAS, Gordon and Monroe on the floor at the same time is really poor defensive. I wonder how much it hampers Monroes defensive development to play in this unit. Hard to know if you are playing good defense when no matter what you do the other guys defensive crappiness makes it useless.

I think it is a new one, but I couldn't be 100% positive Lee hasn't mentioned it. He has generated at least 12! lineups already.
The Rodney Stuckey "put your head down and drive to the hole" play doesn't work. Why do they continue this silliness?
Are you claiming the Joggernaut can't penetrate? Blasphemy! Another nice game by Daye, 22p, 9-17 and 6 rebs. But he will have to race Wallace for the title best Piston of 10/11. Ben is still looking good.
The Q gets out coached again 100 to 94 with 3 mins left and they get outscored 12-6 down the stretch after going a 11-2 run themselves. The lack of a tru PG and bad play calling was evident again in the last 3 mins as our semi bigs Daye, CV and Summers are all camping outside the three point line waiting to see what Stucks going to do. Then Stuck goes in again with one of those one on two plays gets blocked just as did a few hundred times in his first three years..... On paper it seems like we have a lack of bigs, but we still should not get out pointed in the paint 56 to 36!!! Those 7-22 three ball attempts don't make up for shots in the paint. The bad telegraph throw from Summers to Daye that was stolen by henry was the play of the night as Sam Young had already spotted up for the three before half the Pistons had passed the half court mark. Can't have defensive lapses like that when you are playing in the regular season.....what did Greg call it "ball watching""
