    From the Free Press:

The Wings have been on Kopecky -- a rangy, 6-foot-3 forward -- about his conditioning ever since his first camp in 2002. Now they need to see more.

"He's got to run over people, shoot the puck and work hard," coach Mike Babcock said.

Kopecky is coming off a fine season with Grand Rapids, where he looked at home on a line with Valtteri Filppula and Darryl Bootland. Kopecky racked up 32 goals and 40 assists and a plus-24 rating in 77 games.

I've been reading this guy's name for years now. I keep hearing he's got potential, but this is really the first I've seen about him an in depth article.

It'll be interesting to see what he does with this chance.

Supes, thanks for posting these. It is really appreciated.

I read the threads every day but haven't had time to catch up on the actual articles. I think I will do that tonight!

No problem. When I check the Wings news each day, I just open the forum in my other monitor, and post the articles I think are decent.
