I would not trade Moose for Pau.

Firstly, that trade never happens. LAL won't make a trade unless it gives them the ability to win games immediately. I think it is a little optimistic that they will trade for a SG they don't need and a stretch 4 that cannot play defense. It's just ridiculous to assume thats what is going to happen. I don't understand the mentality that all the GM's in the league are complete potatoes.

Secondly, Gasoft is a little bit soft. He plays good defense because he gets good position, not because he is an inside banger. He is a pure post player offensively. You play him and Moose and Drummond gets no minutes and no looks. I'll take future Drummond over current Pau.

So in reality, we have to give up assets for a huge contract which has no trade value because it is just too big. We stunt the minutes of Drummond, assuming we don't have to trade Knight or Moose to get the guy, and pay 19 odd million for a guy who really isn't going to bring that much. He will hate DET, hate Frank and expect 35 mins a game.

I can't imagine the amount of drugs you would have to take to give up Lopez for Howard at this juncture.

    Totally agree.
I'm thinking that some sort of a deal has more than a decent chance of happening though.

Did you check the Dagens Nyheter, Göteborgs-Posten, and the Svenska Dagbladet?

I think only the Häagen-Dazs section of Forbes is Swedish.

We haven't got much recently, just a couple of inches. It's just freakin' cold. We had a wind chill of -30 F the other day.
