I keep expecting to turn my computer on each morning to discover that Joe has traded Maggette's expiring contact to Memphis for Prince and Daye.

I'll take Daye for the reason you mention.
He's could still (maybe) end up being a helluva player someday.
That ship has sailed for CV. He'll always be what he is; a talented guy who wastes his talent by not playing the right way.

I'll take CV because for all his faults he has a better head on his shoulders then Daye, Just don't trust Daye staying tough when the chips are down.

Thats assuming equal salary of course... at current rates I'll take Daye.

Daye seems better to me. Better stroke, arc, ft shooter. Defensively I'd take him too. It's close though. Can't go right either way.

I was hoping some one would calculate softness into his answer. [Anti-PistonDNA]

The point was to compare coaching with regards to Tays helpfulness and the Grizzz' success or failure.

Yea, the Griz had a nice squad before the trade and they still have a nice squad. These minutes are from the 2012-13 games so far. They are about the same that they were getting in Detroit.

    Prince with Detroit: 32.4 minutes
    Prince with Memphis: 29.9 minutes

    Daye with Detroit: 14.5 minutes
    Daye with Memphis: 12.3 minutes
