The GM of Canada's Olympic Hockey Team is more important in my country than the Prime Minister (our version of the President). Kudos to Steve for one of the highest sporting honours a Canadian can receive. This guy just keeps racking up the lifetime achievements. I can't think of a similar sporting position that carries as much prestige in America. Stevie may be scouting the Swedes since so many Red Wings are from Europe.
