If Jennings keeps going the way he is going (focus on passing but threat to score, offensive jumpstarter, transition leader) there is no reason why he cannot turn into a fantastic floor general. He just needs to calm down a bit. KCP is looking like a seriously good wing defender. He needs to make more offensive cuts and develop his awareness. Smith is a PF, and an all around good player. Drummond could be a superstar.

    We need a small forward.

Well a 1-4 week didn't help matters, but I with the topsy turvy season, I am sure we will make it to top 12 as only 11 teams are currently over .500

If Lee would get off Singlers back maybe he would play better.

I told Singler that he should send Lee a Christmas card.

He's high in win shares, but low in Lee approval rating. He'll probably take that trade off.

Things will improve, but just slightly. Unless someone steps up (all of our forwards are too timid) then it will have to be Jennings that determines those close games, and there will be many. Certainly, we have all gained some insight into some negative aspects of this team: if you can't get mean about your home court (and I mean own it!) then you will never take pride in determining your own destiny. MC is a terrible fourth quarter coach and JD needs to step in for additional help.

I stopped posting the rankings when we started losing right around Christmas when teams like the Nets, the Knicks and the Kings were not only five games behind us in the standings, but also 10 spots behinds us in the rankings......now all three have leaped frogged us and the two NY teams in the east are threatening to take a playoff spot from us that looked secure promising 3 weeks ago.

Only 1 game off of the 8th worst spot. Watch us screw ourselves out of that draft pick by winning against all the tanking teams in March.

ESPN Insider has a power rankings for the ten worst teams that are tanking. The Pistons moved into the top 10 at the #9 slot last week:

Milwaukee, Orlando, and Philly are the top 3, respectively, in the Tank Rank.

We signed two very talented guys with a history of not being team players. Josh can pass well but he jacks up shots. I think he checked out after that last spat weeks ago but he's too talented to sit. Jennings is trying to facilitate but that's like me saying I'm trying to be more athletic. The apple don't fall far from the tree. This team gets better when someone gets hurt and has to sit.

The Thunder have gone 13-5 since Westbrook went down and have won 8 straight. The Clippers are 10-3 since CP3 went down......all we need is for Jennings to go down for a month and we can get back to .500....:nono:

Just more proof that the traditional PG role is dead in the new positionless NBA.

Maybe Josh can hurt his ankle planking or slam his thumb in a car door. I wouldn't wish someone get hurt 'on purpose.'
