    Eagles Vs. Lions...success: (Sorry...):stirthepot:

Eagles Scoop: Demps hurts knee; others get chance - The Delaware County Daily Times : Serving Delaware County, PA(DelcoTimes.com)

The Eagles rank sixth among NFL franchises on a success scale crafted by Portfolio.com and Bizjournals.

While the home attendance, percentage of available seats sold for home games, franchise value and on the field performance has the Birds ranked high in the 32-team league, according to Philadelphia Sports Business Journal, they’re also the only organization in the top six that hasn’t won a Super Bowl.

The Dallas Cowboys are ranked first followed by the New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots and New York Jets. The Eagles are followed by the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens. The lowest score was posted by the Detroit Lions.

Also, the Eagles cannot possibly lose to the Redskins this season, or it will be impossible for me to live here anymore......

If they lose to the Lions it will be impossible for me to live ANYWHERE anymore. (Well maybe Australia...no...then Webz will make fun of me...).

I'm totally pumped for that game. "Know All" got the tickets and we will be sitting on the 30 yard line (Section 125). I've never even been to Ford Field before.

I'm worried about this game. The Kittie Cats are improved and may show their claws just to spite me. I wouldn't be surprised in the least.

Kolb, the replacement for my boy McNabb, has yet to throw a touchdown pass in the preseason. Hell, he hasn't even been on the field when they've scored a touchdown. :yellowprison: There are going to be a lot of people who will need to answer for McNabb's ouster if this turns out bad. :gun1:OK. Calm down. Take a deep breath. It's only the preseason.

    Time to be concerned.
Kolb had a 39 passer rating against the KC Chiefs. :pound:
However, your punter kicked 8 times for a 46 yard average....:winner_first_h4h:
Almost losing to the Chiefs is not a good sign.

    Sav Rocca!!

Funny thing about these Aussie punters is they are doing 1/100th of the work they used to do playing Aussie Rules football but getting paid waaay more. Dream job.

I'm glad to hear that. Usually people in other countries doing American jobs do about three times the work for about one tenth the pay. :yellowprison:

In the places you're talking about, the cost of living is usually about one-tenth what it is here, too.

I know. And they are happy to do it. And Nike, etc. is happy to have them do it.

But that is why ten percent of the entire population owns 90% of the wealth. And that makes me unhappy.

But on to the real concerns of mankind...like why is Kevin Corn on the Kolb (pronounced Cobb) struggling and will he continue to do so when the games count?
