    Hi all,

We'll be having the Keeper draft on the weekend of 17-19 Oct. Please select all times you are available to draft. All times US Eastern.

Usual running time for the draft is only 30 mins (the first 4 picks are already chosen - keepers).

    Comments welcome.

Once everyone has selected their keepers, is there a way to see who each team is keeping?
    Do we usually do that?

Full disclosure; Rufus & I have decided to keep Amir Johnson, Ricky Davis, JR Smith and Kelly Olynyk.

Once Keepers are selected, I think webZ can release all of the non-keepers to the free agent pool?

Yeah, I don't have to release anything. Once the keeper deadline has passed you'll be able to go into the Player list and see 'All available players' for who hasn't been made a keeper.

@linwood@linwood @coynejeremy@coynejeremy @Winless Wonders@Winless Wonders - you are the remaining managers who haven't chosen keepers yet. You can edit this any time up until the deadline so it's worth submitting something now in case you get tied up later.

I'm crossing my fingers for Saturday the 18th. It's the only date I can make and I'm curious to see what ESPN's draft interface is like. :)

Yes, if there are any dates/times anyone cannot make, please let us know. We'll try to accommodate as many people as possible.

I'm looking to trade either Kevin Love or Demarcus Cousins for draft picks. Hit me up if you are interested. Like to get a deal done by the end of the weekend.

The only draft time I would definitely miss is Sunday at four.

Honest question. Who would you pick to keep between Joakim Noah and Dwight Howard? I'm very conflicted.

I'd say you should take Howard (so that Noah might be available when I draft).

Looking at your team, you had a lot of talent last year. How did you not win the championship? Agenda against winning? Clueless coach?

I agree with DBA, by the way. Your team needs a player that will go 5-for-10 at the FT line every night.

Honest answer, pick the guy who suits the makeup of your team.

When I won my two titles, my teams were built around Lebron's strengths. Everyone I added was meant to be strong in the cats lebron was strong in. There is in my opinion, no point in having an "oddball" player because you need someone to shoot a 3 now or then. Play to your strengths. You need to win decisively 5 cats each week. Being competitive across many cats is a recipe for mediocrity.
