I think it is a risk-reward trade for both parties. I like it for both!
I got a great offer from the Jefferson Cleaners, but I can't quite pull the trigger. Maybe I should.
Fortune favors the bold.
This Westbrook fellow is rather good.
Also, I just noticed we have a thread for this league. Who would have thought?
It has 92 pages.
It's a good week when you can not only play motown in two leagues, but thump him substantially in both. Not that it will ever happen again, but fun for a couple of hours on Monday morning.
Auburn Hills with the rare 9-0 victory last week. - congrats Bill! My Squirrels are NOT intimidated.
You did beat me 7-2 the week before...
I have it on good authority (their arena pistachio vendor) that they are a bunch of bums and playing way above their heads.
We're basically "8-8" team this year.
DeMarcus Cousins is a monster. Coaches, referees, and opposing players fear him. They lose sleep at night thinking about him. In the morning, tired from a fitful night, they hear his footsteps. They look over their shoulders. Boogie: Destroyer of rims. Maker of free throws. Master and Possessor of Rebounds. Spittor of Mouth Guards. He Who Was Once Ejected, But was Soon Reinstated to Make His Freethrow. Boogie got ejected then unejected for spitting his mouthpiece
I just saw this. lol. Yeah, I've been taking a few L's these days. Time to step it up. lol.
Oh man, didn't get my lineup set in time.
Not using Illy could prove to be fatal. Look how much the Pistons miss him.
Illy has been kicking butt. But not this week for me. I can't even see how many games guys have so I can't tell how bad last week's lineup is.
WebZ has been dominant this year. Besides a 5-4 loss in week #3 to Six Hard Fouls, WebZ has been perfect. Can anyone give the Wombats a fair run? The Denver Squirrels have also been tough to beat since acquiring LeBron. They have won 7 of their last 8 matchups, the only loss being to WebZ. Can Rufus Henry keep these boys away from drugs, violence, alcohol, and prison? Only time will tell. After the Squirrels, there seems to be a cluster of 5 teams battling for the #3 thru #6 playoff spots. The Coynesters started out strong but struggled as of late. A healthy Jon Leuer can solve everything.Laim's Potato Skins team was built to win 4 of 9 categories each week. With 28 transactions already, only Rascoe has more.Led by Curry and Cousins, the Six Hard Fouls team has been very consistent. Getting Blake Griffin healthy will make a playoff run possible. With three consecutive 6-3 victories, Jefferson Cleaners is heating up just in time for the All-Star break. Harden is by far the team MVP.The Orbit City Cogs has also been hot, winning its last 4 matchups by a total of 25-11. Kevin Durant could lead this team to a playoff berth. The Microwaves started off the season strong, but have cooled off recently. Perhaps this team was thinking long-term when shipping off LeBron. Winless and Ralphi are battling to be the Brooklyn Nets of this league. A midseason addition of a Beno Udrih type player may not be enough to put one of these teams over the top.
