    Congrats three-six!
...And get ready to FEAR THE FUR next year when the Novice League Champion Squirrels wreck shop in Keeper.

Yea, congrats Rascoe. I really liked my team this year, but it crumbled to pieces down the stretch. You earned the championship. Enjoy the trophy for one more year.

Congratulations Rascoe. It's a bitter pill to swallow being the regular season champions only to flame out in the second round of the playoffs. At least my only loss that mattered was to the eventual real Champions.

Enjoy the trophy, I'll be taking it next year.

Thanks fellas. This is the one fantasy league I am pretty interested in, and finishing top 3 in our first 4 years and two titles is such a thrill.

I look forward to all future wins and losses. :)

Do you have your keepers figured out yet for 2012-13? That is the hardest part after you have put together a deep roster. I had to part ways with guys like Kevin Love in years past. :crying:

I might change Seraphin for Hayward, if I swap Lawson for Dragic or Millsap.

I had both Seraphin and Dragic on my Advanced team. Both put up some really nice numbers. Good pick-ups.

I'm probably going to cut Amare Stoudemire loose this year. I can't handle his injury issues any longer.

Would you consider trading Kevin Durant in a 2-for-1 or 3-for-2 type trade?

I picked up Love, but gave up A. Bynum. What a combo those two would have been this season.

I'll be honest, I had great keepers, and I missed the draft. At some points during the season I was 2nd and others I was 5th. When the playoffs came, I really tried to play to my strengths and exploit my matchups.

My worst season (last year) I could never get healthy, I held onto dead weight, and frankly, if LBJ and Rondo aren't playing well, I am not a very good team regardless of who else is on it. Rondo didn't play well when I needed it last year.

As those teams are under care-taker status and will be returning all their players to the FA pool, they won't be able to make any trades until after they've re-drafted.

How will the "Caretaker Keeper" draft work?
Does DBA get first pick due to having 22 more posts than me and having a superior intellect?

If you want to flip a coin, I'll call "tails" and trust you to report the actual outcome.
...have I mentioned what a good comish you are? ...how I was really pulling for your team to defeat Roscoe's in the championship?

I suppose a coin flip is the best method, though not being able to perform it physically in front of you guys, I'd suggest I pick a number from 1-100, pass it to another trusted person for verification and the closest guess wins.

I don't understand the returning players to the pool thing. Can't the new teams just select keepers like everyone else?

They will. Go back about 5 pages. :outtahere:

    1. All the current GM's pick their keepers (not including the two new GM's)
    2. All non-keepers plus all of the dissolved teams players go back in the FA pool
    3. The new GM's pick their 4 keepers in their own personal snake draft (order determined by coin toss or equivalent)
    4. Once all GM's have their 4 keepers, the full draft takes place

Does that make sense to everyone? Due to some talent disparity between the two disbanded franchises, in order to make it fair for the new owners we agreed that effectively those teams would be dissolved and the two new owners would start their teams from scratch.

Picking a number works I guess.
We can elect a neutral party to PM you a number while DBA and myself PM you our own numbers.
As I said before, I trust you (and I'm sure that DBA would too) to administer a coin flip. That would save the hassle of of all the PMing.

Ok, I get it. The two new teams should be have a very strong pool to choose from.

    Not really.
After Kevin Durant (who DBA has reserved for whoever wins the coin toss between him and me), there's not much left after you guys do your thing.
As it stands, we'll have Durant, Dirk, and the discarded rubbish of players that the remainder of the league decides not to keep.

This is an important coin flip for the future of the Denver Squirrels.
If I lose, I have my sights on Ricky Davis!
