Now there's really no need to visit yahoo at all.
What if I need a search engine?
Use Google, they will feed your search history to the NSA faster.
ESPN is so desperate to justify themselves to parent company (Disney). Their paid subscription numbers have been crashing for some time. They are a great example of what happens when you mix sports and politics.
How will I ever defend my 2007 championship in the Advanced League if I don't go back to yahoo...which by the way is the only reason I visit Yahoo.
The people who got fired from ESPN should tell you a lot about how to make money in sports. Ford, Stein et al were all good (not great) reporters. They provided reasonable coverage, facts and analysis. Who didn't get fired? Stephen A Smith. The rant machine. The panderer to the bottom dweller fans who are all bluster and no substance. I stopped paying for ESPN insider when he started getting subscription column inches.
I am so happy that Ford lost his job. Dude was a complete hack. See his Darko coverage leading up to him being drafted.
I didn't think he was that bad. I never saw the Darko stuff but I generally thought his coverage was reasonably even handed. Damn this must mean that my posting is seriously bad.
