Pistons DNA? Excellent shooter and a capable defender.

He's a free agent next offseason. The Raps have added Fred Jones and Anthony Parker to the team, along with Joey Graham, their 2005 draft pick.

    He's currently the league ironman.

Anyone feeling Mo Pete as a Piston next year?

He's as mediocre as you get.

So, I guess I'm saying there's like a 75% chance we sign him for the MLE.

Depends on how the PG/C positions unfold this year, but I think we'll have to spend most of our money there next offseason. That is, if we spend at all. Bill Davidson may decide he doesn't want to spend the MLE if we re-sign Chauncey. There are just too many factors to determine right now.

I don't know, has this team ever had a decent player from MSU on it? Or from the Big Ten for that matter?

As a backup SF? Absolutely I'd take Mo.

But then again that name might tick off the Delfino clan again.

I doubt he goes for the full MLE.

PLEASE take him off our hands.

Mo's been a pivotal part of the Raptors in the past - but that was the past. Him having a career season with the departure of Carter and seeing the Raptors STILL lose night in and night out proves that Mo will never be nothing more than a supplementary-type player.

His defence is overrated and he chucks the ball from the 3 way too much. His leadership that everyone jaws about here is non-existent in my opinion because good leaders fire a team up enough to win, and that definately wasn't happening fourth quarter of every game the Raptors were close to winning last season.

Not to mention he has a HORRIBLE record playing on the road. Not to mention he's going to be asking for a huge raise at the end of his contract.

Mo's days as a Raptor are as numbered as Araujo's was the day Colangelo (aka God) stepped in office. Don't get me wrong, its not like I hate Mo - but its a new era in Raptorland and its time to clean out what trash was left behind to build something new.

I will take him in a NY minute. He would be a very good back-up for Tay and would solidify this backup position for years to come.
