Probably not. He clearly has no intention to even try to win games and probably gets secretly mad when they do. And he's ugly.

Well it gave Charlie time to come up with the dumbest nickname I've ever heard...for the bench. The Extremely Angry Young Men.

Actually wouldn't it be TEAYM as in Go TEAYM. Maybe he's hinting that the Russian Guy will be getting some PT?

...just shut up an sit on the bench until you contract expires Charlie.
No collection of bench players on a last place team deserves to have a nickname.

I really don't want young Andre hanging out with this guy anymore.

It's been ages since this team played. It's an extremely weird schedule.

Gee, I have no explanation on why this site likes to eat my posts. But here it goes again.

We started out fine. Bynum comes in, and plays so ineptly that the team goes into a tailspin, going down 11. Our bench achieves exactly nothing whatsoever in the first half. In the 2nd half, our starters gain a lead, and we simply do not play Bynum until the lead is pretty safe, about 20 with 7 minutes to go in the game. So the coach saw how utterly ridiculous it is to play Bynum. Of course, he will repeat the same mistake next game. You would think that since he was thru all this to start the season, he would understand that there is no place in the rotation for Bynum with a healthy Stuckey and Knight playing.

Moose was awesome, a plus 35 in this one from going to the hoop all night. Despite Moose being a plus 35, our once excellent bench would have given it all right back if Bynum had been allowed to play early in the 2nd half. Bynum is that bad.

Knight was excellent, a 20 point game with five assists to no turns. Defensively excellent, and very, very good at running the offense, constantly making good, sharp decisions.

JMAX had a solid game. As usual though, the combo of JMAX and Monroe had difficulties clearing defensive glass.

Singler often could not guard Ellis. Still, he was positive in this game, and a lot of that was from his own hustle on both ends of the floor. He hit a three early to help reestablish him as a 3 point threat.

Singler is the guy who, when added to CV and Daye give us such an outstanding bench. But since all three point guards are playing now, our bench is frankly gone to horrid. Basically, we are replacing a shooting guard, in Singler, with Bynum, who is just useless when you have better point guards on the team. Bynum can try all he wants, and he does, but he is still too short to help on most situations when it comes to defense, and while quick - he has no clue on decision making in the point guard position. Lets go back to bringing Singler off the bench, at least to some extent. I know I said I thought he might be playing a bit too much, as both the starting shooting guard and backup small forward - but hey, playing Bynum as the alternative is absolutely nuts.

Tay had a decent game despite shooting poorly. Added some D at least.

Stuckey did fine. But he did nothing as a shooting guard. Everything he did, he could have done a lot better if in a unit of Him - as the point guard - , Singler, Daye, CV, and Drummond - As opposed to what we used - which is mostly the same, but made pure garbage with Bynum running it, and minus Singler as another solid outside threat.

Daye did not do great, but he hit a 3 that kept Bynum in the game. Without that, I doubt Bynum would have been left in the game very long at that point in the 4th. Daye also made 4 of 4 at the line after that to again, keep that lead, and keep the starters from having to come back in.

CV got chased off the line, came in and hit a runner. Good to see him again look to the inside. Hit a 3 or 2 also, part of a pretty solid 3 point attack by the Pistons in this game - even though it primarily was the inside game where we did so well. PS, you could tell Skiles was not coaching against us. Good thing for us.

Drummond just blocked everything in site, got 11 bounds and 8 points in 17 minutes. Most of the points in garbage time though. One exception, the slam off the Bynum pass. That was also part of the scoring that kept Bynum on the floor at that point. 4 blocks. One of which was right after we gave up an offensive board - so that was kind of erased. And there was one he blocked and took down too. Sweet. But Drummond was very heavily minus when it counted. He played along the incompetent Bynum group in the first half, then did not come into the game util we were very far ahead with not too many minutes to go. Note, he played a bit with Monroe there late in the 4th to help seal the deal with defense. (Although that is kind of a joke since Bynum was still in the game at that point.)

The 3rd quarter, and until our starters were mostly all off the floor in the 2nd, saw us put on a tremendous run. In all, we went from 11 down at one point in the 2nd quarter to plus 21 early in the 4th. I did not check atually, but I think it was around a 27-10 3rd for us.

And that is now a whole lot of games, as someone was already mentioning, where we have not been behind at the end of regulation. Nine straight.

Still, this team clan improve a lot from here. Just by playing some guys who are not playing, and lessening the roles of a player of two. Or three. Or four. (In order of importance, IMO, Bynum, CV, JMAX, Tay)
