I don't want to dismiss any possible trades without seeing what the Pistons would be getting in return, but I'll say this: If you traded Stanley Johnson or Kentavious Caldwell Pope at this stage of their careers, you'd probably end up regretting it later.

    Thank you.

We have only 2 players to show for the Joe D era. Dre and KCP.

Bullock was a first round pick. He didn't get playing time with the Clippers, then he didn't get time with the Suns. He is finally getting a little time with us. Getting Bullock in the MM/Granger trade was us adding talent to the roster at practically zero cost. We "reclaimed" a first round pick lost or squandered by Joe D.

Reggie is what he was projected to be. A guy who plays within himself, is defense first, can hit the open jumper and run the floor. As bench players go, he is very good. And we already guaranteed his extension, so he is ours at a great price for another year.

SJ will continue to grow. Bullock will continue to grow.

The optimal situation is having too much talent and not enough minutes for them all. That creates options in trade and for SVG to motivate guys through competition.
