I'd like to win this one just to piss-off Miami fans. ...jerks. Detroit vs everybody!
Reggie Bullseye leads the team in both FT % and 3 PT %.......of course more shots may bring it down....but put him in there and test those percentages....
I am still high on SJ but his rookie year is not his year.
I'll be happy with the coaches decision on whom to play. We don't need the win. How good is that to say ?
Do you think Meat should play?
We are playing 2 playoff teams back-to-back. We'll win both. Pacers are playing 2 lottery teams back-to-back. They'll drop the Milwaukee game. We'll get the 7th seed. Book it.
That name sounds kind of Pornographic, like a name of a porn star. Don't like it. I think they also used it in some stupid 80's movie to indicate something x-rated, Porkies I think. But this game means a lot to us as we can still get the 7th seed. Clev may be resting their starters tomorrow so this game could be the challenging one.
I don't think we want the 7 seed.
I prefer the 8th seed. Losing to one of the NBA Finalists will show us how far away we are from getting back. I'm not sure if losing to Toronto would help us as much.
Just win baby!
RJ out, Blake starts. Dinwiddie must be the backup considering Lorenzo Brown's contract expired. RJ is out with an "abdominal strain". Might just be rest. I dunno.
The ole "abdominal strain" injury....sounds like rest to me....let's see how much he dances on the sideline.
* I mentioned that effect when I first started using it.
Pistons, minus Jackson, fall to Heat and lock in first-round date with Cavs
Microcap Blake played great early and mid. Dre worked hard all game. SJ is still not very good. Baynes had a rough night. MM was mostly invisible. Harris is a very good defensive rebounder but he is not a good ISO defender. Dinwiddie needs to go to China and stay there for 30 years. Pope wasn't great and he wasn't terrible. At the end of the game, we saw the gap between the Pistons and really good teams. Good teams have playmakers, and without RJ tonight, we had no late playmaker. Forgettable game that means nothing anyway.
Close game until Joe Johnson got off....6/6 - 15 points in the 4th. 16 points a piece for Toby and Mo, but 10 out of 29 shooting between then kinda hurt...even though they scored most of them in the 4th.
