Will is bordering on Nate Robinson like impact off the bench, he's turning into an instant offense type of guy that teams covet, he's really doing some special things for us. Most backup PG's in this league are guys who just come in and spell the starter for some mins and just manage the game, guys like Jason Hart, Anthony Carter, etc etc. Will is an aggressive scorer off the bench who can get you anywhere from 15-20pts in limited mins on some nights, his agent will try and get him Ramon Sessions and Nate Robinson type money, but he'll get something that starts around $3.5Mill in that 1st year of a 4 or 5 year deal.
