As much as I root for the Pistons to tank, it would be kind of cool for them to break the streak, in Miami, no less.

Heat's current win streak = 23 games. Pistons win total for the year = 23 games.

Heat's current SF = LeBron James. Pistons current SF = Kyle Singler.

    Sounds like a coaching issue.

That's a wash. Perhaps the difference is at combo guard.

With the way this season is ending, beating the Heat on Friday would be our championship...(.if the streak is still in play)..

The closer we get to this game, the more I fear this may turn out to be our most lopsided loss of the season.

This is one example where something doesn't have to give.

Remarkably, the Pistons would have the 4th pick today!!! The 4th pick. This is an extraordinary opportunity for the organization. I looked at the schedule and the team could be projected to win 4 or 5 more games. Don't know that that will keep the drafting spot as a result. But any more wins would be foolish.

Don't worry. Joe won't blow the pick as he did with Darko.

Imagine a top 5 pick to go along with Drummond and Monroe. Sounds good.

The organization should keep Knight and Drummond out and play the other rookies extensively.

I have a feeling that you're right amigo.
I don't give ShamWow if we lose all the rest of our games this season if we can somehow win this one.

    This is our game 7!

...and we're gonna get beat like Tina Turner.

Time for a Monroe "injury". Let's shutdown the core (Moose-Knight-Dre) for the rest of the year. Put a lineup of Jose-English-Middleton-CV-Slava on the floor with Bynum-Stuckey-JJ-Maxiell off the bench.

I like this idea... but I'm still not comfortable with Charlie starting.

Lots of pressure on Joe D if he gets a top 4 pick. Blowing it would be the end. Nailing it might revive him.

This isn't tanking. This is one of Lee's "playing to win" rotations.
