I would tend to agree. Smith is a solid rebounder as well, especially if he'll play at 3 for some time.

How many other NBA players had 10 or more 30 point games last season? Can't be more than a dozen I wouldn't think.

Really? How'd you figure that out so fast.

That is the stat that makes Jennings's all-star/ max contract talk sound half-way sane.

I guessed a random number. My hope was someone would research it and I could edit my post in time to make it correct.

Speaking of "All-Star," I could see Jennings making the All-Star team if the Pistons got off to a blazing start.

Wouldn't it be something if the two FA acquisitions of this summer end up being the two Piston All-Stars since 2009 (Iverson)?

There were only 6 players who scored 35 or more at least 5 times, but I can't filter down to 30+ because it only shows the top 100 games.

    Melo
    Harden
    Kobe
    Durant
    Lebron
    Westbrook

Why is this ranked by Minutes per game? That doesn't seem to make much sense.

Wow, that Caramel guy at NYK seems to be a good scorer. We can use someone like him.

This is what I get for doing all the hard work.
I messed up on the header titles. Sales tax filing was due so my time is kind of limited.

Well, two scorers at 17.5 ppg adds 35 points to the 22nd ranked offense in the league. Add some scoring from Billups, Pope, and Luigi, along with a few hundred put-back slam dunks from Drummond, and our offense may not be too bad this year.

Ha! Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a critic, I just couldn't figure out what the ranking was based on!

I bet you are now ticked that Jennings and Smith don't average 35-36 points per game.
