These beat writers are really hurting for content these days. Joe needs to make some moves to give us all something to talk about.

The "high-risk" part does not make a whole lot of sense since we got him for $1.35 million.

"High-reward" certainly makes sense if he returns to McGrady of old. Even 3 years ago, he was averaging 21.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.

The only thing that would be "high-risk" is if McGrady is not helping the team win games, but he is still taking lots of valuable minutes away from the young guys.

He could disrupt team chemistry, which is very precarious right now..IMHO.

T-Mac will appropriate a disproportionately large portion of Kander's potions. There'll be less for our other injured players. I think that's what he's referring to.

When the subject of Piston team chemistry was brought up, I had no idea what was being discussed. I haven't bee familiar with this subject matter since mid-May of 2005.
