Yup, it's all about the money. If it won't affect the sales dept, the office is OK with it. I don't think they sell too many Andre Drummond jersey's with the #1 on it so.........

My wife would be super-excited as she still has her C-Bill #1 jersey.

Nobody is one upping me by posting. I look to see what's been posted here, and then try to only post new stuff. I don't feel infringed by any means, but I'll try to keep things up to date. :victory:

I had to look at only one statistic: FT%: Jennings (red), Knight (black) and Stuckey (Blue). I gage a shooter's touch on FT% as an important variable.

Monroe wouldn't give his # up to a Hall of Famer who was getting it retired.

Thanks for posting that grid. Jennings looks superior. I have confidence in Knight as well, but he clearly needs to grow and that is never certain.

Yeah the grid clearly states that Jennings is better in most of the cats...and although the on the surface he appears to shoot too much, his shooting % is not that far off our two guys. In terms of age...BK is 21 and BJ is 23 so not really a big difference there.

I am not starting a poll, but I don't think the forum would be that upset if the Bucks and the Pistons did the S & T for Jennings....the only question is who do we give up BK or Stuckey or both? or future picks. Jennings definitely wants our of Milwaukee.

If BJ is not the target, someone text Joe and see he can swing a three deal between Pistons, Bucks and Celtics.. We can take Rondo, Celtics can get Jennings in a S & T, Bucks get Knight and Villanueva. (back)....somebody can take Stuckey too...if the trade machine works We still carry five guards in Rondo, Billups, Pope, Bynum and Silva... Ok I guess this goes in the just ramblin thread

If we're keeping Monroe, then Jennings actually seems like a better fit with us than Rondo due to his outside shot.

I'm good standing pat for the moment and worrying about next year as we build momentum.

Trading Monroe for Rondo is the one that worries me. It could work, but it could massively backfire too.

I remember when the Pistons picked up Richard Hamilton, and Blaha was calling him Turbo. Richard would hit those post game interviews and tell George that his nickname was Rip. That's cool. But not as cool as calling him Turbo!

I wouldn't mind a deal centered around Monroe for Rondo. Drummond, Smith, Rondo and shooters at the wings is not bad.

I would be willing to part with Knight (although I'd rather not) in some kind of deal, but there's no way I'd want to give up a talented, injury-free (so far) big man in order to get a perimeter player coming off a missed season because he blew out his knee. I wouldn't want any part of a deal involving Monroe. Joe would have to figure out away to unload some of these extra perimeter players or dead contracts in order for a move like this to help us.

Maybe a deal for someone who can shoot from 10+ feet?

Isn't that why they drafted KCP? Besides, Knight is a good 3 pt shooter.

Sure, but the rook isn't going to play enough for it to matter now assuming he can actually shoot in the NBA. And while 37% from 3 isn't awful for BK, there are still 71 guys who shot better last year (oddly, not including JJ Redick). Unless CB has a renaissance there isn't anyone on the team the opposition really needs to guard away from the basket which is going to make everything much harder for the newly improved frontline.

I'm sure that Chauncey will repay Dre in "Mayoral" advice 10-fold.
