Even AFTER all of this, it would still be reasonable for people to suggest/discuss that your company shouldn't have cut your pay.

I don't really view it as a pay cut, since his prior contracted expired. I view it as a pay increase from $0.

Maybe Joe is still having nightmares about giving Darko a 4-year $17M contract back in 2003

At less than $2 million per season for only 2 years, there is virtually no risk. You don't like Italians?

Making a series of low priced bets (sub MLE level contracts) looking for a gem is a very wise policy. If the player doesnt pan out, he cost as much as anyone else would have to fill the roster spot.

If he does pan out, you're a millionaire in the salary : performance ratio.

I am not denying this approach. Depends on what level of maturation the vision is held and this is a "deeper" level on how maturation is advanced. It is also, now, very selective. There is a reason for this.

For you , I submit a double vision: of an individual left alone, within a cave of shadows somewhat always fuzzy, that was made clear at a day's end. But at day's end is another vision: one that the other can be lost. It is a telling reflection of bouncing light that travels a path between solitude and loneliness.

To this I say: one cannot see past one's own superimposed projections. One reduces the object that is causing the cognition to one's image of it.

I agree. Just got side-tracked by some alerts...which is stupid on my part...sorry. I was in the middle of your question to me about European extraction (got your attention, didn't I), and then drifted to the other zone. I did save my explanation. Might not be worth picking up.

4.6 mil guanteed over 2 years weather I worked or not? I would be totally over joyed.

What I think we are starting to see here is fall out from the last CBA when the player share went down and much larger lux tax penalties were put
in place. Its natually going to have a downward pressure on player wages.
