I wasn't paying attention. Looks like an AWESOME move. What a productive offseason they've had. Hats off to Dumards for getting smart...or was this Phil Jackson??? Lol.

That trade stunk. Glad he regrets it and feels confident enough to just say that instead of BS around it.

I'm pretty low on BK but I hope this doesn't happen.

He's likely to get injured again. I'd limit his minutes off the bench.

Agreed with Tas, save his moments for winning time/teaching moments..... I also don't think he's going to be able to play at the faster pace were hoping to move towards... let him be the SG with Bynum where he can trail and leave himself at the 3 point line for Bynum to use if the basket is protected on the fast break... I love the signing, but he wasn't brought back to be our starter. I love that he wants to have it though, he unlike Hamilton will take losing a starting job to a younger player with grace.

He may be saying it to make a point and spur some competitive pressure for the youngins.

If it wasn't for his injury potential or general slowness, he'd actually be a good PG to try to run a pinpoint halfcourt set with a clogged lane. It would take careful passing and some floor stretching with his 3-point potential.

You have to start him at least for the home opener.

To put it in perspective, we are paying Chancey less than we are paying Lawrence Frank.

Who is going to do more good for the team?

If Stuckey was already moved via trade I would not mind the Chauncey pick up. Now teams now we need to get rid of Stuckey so we are going to have to give him away and get nothing or worse pay a team to take him off our hands like we had to do to get Ben Gordon out of here.

Peyton Siva ain't playing in the NBA this year. Maybe we will keep his rights.

I can't see much more happening.

    Stuckey's deal isn't as untradable as Gordon's.
Rod's contract basically affords a team the ability to make 8.5 million in cap space go away for the low buyout price of around 4 million bucks.

Super Collider is like a 1/2 price coupon for cap space.

Is that true, didn't the Pistons pick up Stuckey's option thus guaranteeing his 8.5 million for the year?

The Pistons needed to waive him by July 1 to save $4 million in cap space.
