Where are they suppose to get the shots? Singler was out there the entire game save for three minutes, which means the other team can overconcentrate on the other four players. Singler scored a lot himself, to make up for it, but that does not help us any as far as getting better percentages from the rest of the players out there. Until they give Singler more defensive attention, he is hurting us out there on offense. Not to mention there was nobody on the other team who he could guard. Feel free to mention anyone he did guard in the slightest.

That was arguably Iggy's worst performance of the year. It was the 3rd worst TS% night for him, the biggest differential between ORat and DRat, his 2nd worst rebounding %, and low steals game. It was also the 7th worst game for him in terms of turnovers. I didn't get to watch the game, but whoever was responsible for shutting him down must have business being in the league. Did Siva finally get some burn?

Did you watch the game? Singler started at shooting guard, certainly not guarding Iggy. And if Singler is so darn good, why was he negative for the game, -6. Do you imagine that we simply have to clone Singler and replace the rest of our players? If you watched the game, can tell me someone who Singler did manage to guard?

Ummm...because we lost the game by 8 points and he played 44 minutes? He was hurt especially when Stuckey and Jonas were on the floor.

In the context of a single game, +/- is almost meaningless. All it says is that, when Singler was on the court, the Pistons were outscored. Well, duh... the same applies to every other Pistons starter save Drummond. The fact remains that Singler outscored every player on the other team except Curry and Thompson, both of whom took more shots than he did....

You know what? Never mind... I'm getting sucked into this argument again and I don't want to do it.

So regarding your standards this means that Smith (-6) Monroe (-8), Jennings (-6) are also poor players, not only Singler, Unless that -6 only counts towards him and not the rest. I guess you will be saying that the other players are minus because Singler was in there and it's all his fault.

Like you can clone Drummond and make him play all positions and we win because he was +2.

Which player on the team would win if there was a tournament held where each guys teammates were clones of himself?

    I'm thinking Smith.

If Drummond was cloned, the team would shoot 14 for 56 at the FT line.

Team Siva and Team Mitchell would devastate all the other teams for sure, thanks to their lockdown defense.

The final game would be a slugfest, but Mitchell would probably win due to height. Final score 11-9 Mitchell.

They'd have to bring out the hammers at halftime and pound the rim back into a circle.

The extended version of this made the Around the Horn showdown segment today.....the part not shown here was Singler getting up and moon walking into the camera crew...
