Don't forget, the computer auto drafts according to the Yahoo default list at 6:00 eastern tommorrow evening. You can adjust those rankings before the draft if you like but nobody can attend the draft. It is usually complete within an hour or so. Your lineup must be set by the end of Sunday because once Monday rolls around that will be your lineup for the entire week. You cannot make changes to your lineup even if a guy gets hurt in a given week. The hockey season begins this Monday.

Make sure you go over our league settings even if you did so before because I made a couple of minor adjustments during the week.
If you have any questions please ask and thank you for joining. Good luck!!

For the record, I won the NCAA tournament pick'em twice! Well, actually, my daughter made my picks one of those years.
Watch out for old men and women. :-)

And Tater, I think we dropped the "game winning goal" category the last few years. Too hard to figure out who to pick, and too few likely players. A pure crap shoot - no intelligence required.

Next year you can be the Commissioner and choose whatever categories you think are best. But for now, just be appreciative that I started a league this year. Until then, put a lid on it. If I want advice I will ask for it.

I see you asked for questions, not advice. My mistake! You can rest assured that during the season
what I give you will not fit under the heading of either questions or advice. :bs::bs::greenapple::greenapple::whistling::boink::second::third::thumb:

That is fine woody. I said several times that I started this league because of a promise to you. I never asked, needed, or received thanks. But we don't need distractions. I've learned a lot these past couple weeks and I'm trying to avoid past mistakes. Let's just please leave it at that and enjoy!!! Let's play some fantasy hockey!!!!

Hey PF.comers, I've been away for a few days. What did I miss?

I'd just like to say that, despite Tatertot's skepticism, I most definitely had many previous Yahoo trophies in my collection. I've been playing fantasy sports on Yahoo since Woody was first put in diapers (for the 2nd time) and now they're all GONE!:rip:

    I worked hard for all those 6th, 7th & 8th place beauties!
I'd just also like to add that I think it's hilarious that it's still referred to as "Tatering"! :pound:

At any rate, as the true sportsman that I am, I thought it only fair to warn you not to expect me to go easy on you this time. I have a trophy case to refill!

Yeah, Jammer. I hope you can find the time to hang out a bit. I've been insulting Laimbeer instead of you but he doesn't present much of a challenge. At least you used to put up a half way decent fight before I squashed you into the ground.

Funny thing. Remember when we first became friends? We got along great but I thought you were to polite to mess with. Besides, back then Slippy and Linwood were running around with big targets on their backs. Then one day you posted or sent me a private message asking how come I didn't mess with you too. Oh well, be careful what you wish for... :)

Well, I will never let you leave. I plan to continue sending you emails like always and dragging you back. So you may as well just hang around. Eh Cannuckian?

Welcome back Jammer. By the way, I don't think you ever did answer my question: What is a (an) "Hab"?
Is that a bad habit? Somthing you've got to "have"? Like a "Zit"? Just curious.

    From Wikipedia.............

The Montreal Canadiens (French: Les Canadiens de Montréal) are a professional ice hockey team based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They are members of the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL). The club is officially known as le Club de hockey Canadien.[2] French nicknames for the team include Les Canadiens (or Le Canadien), Le Bleu-Blanc-Rouge, La Sainte-Flanelle,[3] Le Tricolore, Les Glorieux (or Nos Glorieux), Les Habitants, Le CH and Le Grand Club. In English, the team's main nickname is the Habs, an abbreviation of "Les Habitants".[note 1]

The "H" in the logo which includes a C and H stands for "Habitants"

I see... They are the inhabitants of Montreal. How quaint. How original.

I was just trying to pull Jammer's chain, not create a memorial.I know who they are, where they've been and some of their history. Like the Yankees, they probably take themselves a little too seriously. Maybe all Canadians are a little
    too sensitive.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the games! DROP THE PUCK!
