    Well, now that you've asked...:high5:

    But it probably boils down to something like this: :kev: "Dart, it would appear that you have de fears wid za beerdies of prey because your mother never comforted you thee night you dreamt a big Eagle stole your bottle from your crib while you slept. Now az an adult you try to draft all Eagles on YOUR team so you can be sure they will alvays be on za same zide as you"!!

    Okay, we are up to 9 teams. We just need one more lucky person to join and the fun can begin. Step right up. Who wants that final spot?

    I don't know much about football but I'll give this thing a shot.
    Games happen once a week. It can't take that much time right?

    And whom precisely, pray tell, shall be coaching the pheasants? Does he have a criminal record? Is he addicted to drugs or alcohol. Is the Commissioner aware that you own another team with a nefarious reputation?

    I am so freakin' jealous of that mascot, both the nickname and that cool looking bird. Of course, I won't admit that to BDL and let his head get any bigger, but I'm now feeling that Lame's Legends is actually somewhat laim.

    What a stupid nickname and mascot. Good thing there is a consolation bracket for the real lame teams.

    I'm on a client's work server today and their firewall won't let me log into Yahoo's fantasy stuff.
    I'll register this weekend when I'm at the crib.
    When is the draft for this thing?

    Heck, I don't even know how Fantasy Football even works (scoring, positions, etc.)
    I'm gonna have to do some web searchin' on how to even play.

    Seems like drafting an entire roster of kickers would be a good strategy as those little fellas seem to score a lot of points.

    We just hired a team mascot - Kevin the Pheasant.
    Kids are gonna freaking love this guy.
    ...He juggles live grenades!

    I was going to tell you this yesterday but wasn't sure what you knew. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need in this thread but also you can PM me as much as you like too. The scoring is all or nothing. Fantasy football is different from all the rest but easier really. There are no categories. The most points wins the weeks match.

    Yes, draft LOTS and LOTS of kickers. You never know when one will kick five 50 yarders. Draft lots of defenses too. You can really pile on the points when they return a kick for a touchdown!! (Most people wait until the end of the draft to get a kicker and defense. But, hey. I'm the one with the gold hardware so don't pay attention to what the others tell you).

    Darn. I forgot how to post pictures. But @BDL

    My mascot wants to fight YOUR pheasant mascot who is flying in Swoops territory. We suggest you pick up your act right now and take it to Cleveland with Lebron!

    First discussion point: ROSTER SETTINGS

    I just changed it to:

    1 QB
    3 WR
    2 RB
    1 TE
    1 Flex (WR/RB/TE)
    1 Kicker
    1 Defense/Special Teams
    6 Bench

    Note: These are the Yahoo default settings with the addition of the flex spot.

    The two changes from last year are:
    * Reduced QB from 2 to 1
    * Reduced Flex from 2 to 1

    If you have any comments or suggestions on the roster settings, please comment now. Once we settle on this, we can discuss the scoring settings.
