Linguists could spend years trying to figure out what that means...

You better stick to leagues that you are actually in.

Anyone actually got to the point of doing a mock draft yet? I tried one from my #4 position and it came out alright. Anyone not happy with their draft slot? I'm noting how deep QB and TE are this year.

You simply don't read very well. You cannot trade draft picks for the 2014 draft. The setting that you are talking about is if someone wanted to make a trade this year using a 2015 draft pick.

Suppose I drafted Reggie Bush this year. November rolls around and Drath has all injured running backs. I could trade him Reggie Bush for his 2015 3rd round draft pick.

This setting would only make sense to enable if all of the managers continued year-to-year. That is not the case since we have some managers that desert the league when they fear that they will fail miserably once again and do not want to embarrass themselves.

Yes, that option is for keeper leagues I believe.

Do you still want TB's #20 for your #10 ?

Drath has the #1 overall pick and Jamaal Charles is the top rated player on pretty much every fantasy football ranking board. My goal was to make Drath second-guess his decision to take Charles....

I think there is another guy Yahoo has ranked number one right now that I should probably throw into the equation even though I've never heard of him before. Wait...I think he was on my team once before... or twice...or thrice...or.. :cheerleader:

Are you talking about the guy that sprained his knee in the preseason game against the Bears Friday night?

Have done zero research so far. Did my first mock draft this evening. Interesting Yahoo now grades your mock against others.

Accidentally drafted a player while trying to put him in my que, far behind some other guys in the 7th or 8th round. Yahoo still ranked my draft #1. Not a good omen IMO

Drath should take McCoy with the #1 pick...It's up to the rest of you
to draft Manning, Brees, and Rodgers before he returns to draft at #20.
You DON'T want him drooling all over himself during the draft.

McCoy is the obvious choice. An Eagle, the #1 ranked player, an Eagle, and I've chosen him several (3?,4?) times already. So if it looks like a duck, floats like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it's a...

    Duck.

    Right?

    ...or a decoy... :bathbaby:

With 20 or 21 what makes you so certain I covet a super 3 quarterback if one is there??? If one IS there on the last pick of the 2nd. round it means that everyone else didn't think they needed him either. Anyhow, wouldn't it have been much more fun to try and screw me over by playing instead of vicariously?

Oh wait, weren't you the guy who reached about 6-8 rounds for the Eagles defense in the SIXTH round a couple years ago and tried to trade them away to me a few weeks later for a Bills defense I picked up a few HOURS earlier because the Eagled Defense sucked and I refused because they sucked? Then you dropped it a couple days later and I picked them up in a couple weeks when I thought they might have a few nice weeks anyhow. How did THAT one work out for you? Yes, guys. PLEASE Listen to Nemos strategies! :brick::caked::boink::croc:

It's easy to offer suggestions when you aren't actually playing. I'm pretty sure people will devise a drafting strategy without the assistance of the fish.

Remember...clear the board of Brees, Manning, and Rodgers before Drath's pick # 20 and he'll [IMG]
