The losing stops NOW! I'm going to take out all of my losing frustration on the Mavericks this week! :mob-smiley2:

Mavericks is Drath Junior. He's been as lucky as you've been unlucky!

I wonder how Drath Senior is doing so far? I also wonder if there are any undefeated teams remaining in our league? I wonder why those two thoughts are connected. :)

Drath, you are off to a strong start. You may be headed to another REGULAR SEASON championship to go with your 2011 baseball regular season championship. Flip Saunders would be proud.

    Was that REALLY necessary?

Did you REALLY need to share that information?

I mean REALLY REALLY did you have to do that??

You're REALLY heartless. Did you know that? I mean REALLY.

Well, this is the "trash talk" thread. And...if I read your last post correctly....you were talking trash. Proper trash talk etiquette requires my retaliation.

My goodness, you mess up everything, Drath. You can't be nice in the trash talk thread. You have to say mean things.

    Would you consider mentoring me?

Oh wait...I get it... You will respond with an unkind comment.

That sounds like fun. But I'm scared I will get in trouble for doing that?

REALLY, could you help me with that? Show me how to tow the proverbial line, so I don't get sent to the NBDL?

I'd like to see the formulas yahoo uses to project points. Rodgers got sacked 8 times in the first half of last night's game...a telling sign the Packers O-line sucks. Yahoo is projecting him for almost 35 against the Saints on Sunday

I think the projections' formula is simply a random number generator.

I don't even use the projections when deciding who to start, since they are usually way off. I set my lineup based on the matchup that the player or team has that week and the trends that I witness with that particular player and his own team.

    The projections are a joke.

    Tater brutalized
but I'm sure he'll enjoy the much needed attention

Concuss registered the second-highest score of the week and upset Tater's Eagles 143.82 - 135.68, overcoming a 32.18-point spread. Each side met their expectations, but Concuss put up 44.1% more points than projected (99.82) to earn the win. The Chicago Bears Defense led Tater's Eagles with 24.00 points while Jamaal Charles racked up 21.00. Concuss (2-2, 405.98 points) climbs into eighth place while Tater's Eagles (3-1, 539.48 points) stays in first place.
    Concuss Smooth Moves
    • With 29.00 points, the San Francisco 49ers Defense had the highest score of any DEF in the league this season.
    • Peyton Manning had 31.42 points, the fifth-highest QB score of the week and the 10th-highest QB score in the league this season.
    • With 20.20 points, Scott Chandler had the second-highest TE score of the week and the fourth-best TE score in the league this season.
    • Benched Philip Rivers, who had the lowest QB score on the team with 18.36 points.
    • The 19.30 points scored by Jordy Nelson was the 10th-highest score by a WR in the league this week.
    Tater's Eagles Regret Tracker
    • The TE position was a letdown for Tater's Eagles, where they were outscored 20.20 - 7.70 by Concuss.
    • With 7.90 points, Calvin Johnson had his lowest output of the season and tallied just 46.4% of his 17.02 projected points, his lowest percentage of the year.
    • After a season-low 5.20 points against a projected 13.98, Doug Martin has scored below his projection in three straight games.
    • It was a season-low 5.40 points for Matt Forte this week. It was also a season-low for his performance versus projections, reaching only 46.0% of a projected point total of 11.75.
    • The 6.00 points scored by Justin Tucker was a season-low for both scoring and for his performance against projections. He reached only 49.3% of his 12.16 projected points this week.
    What If
    • If Concuss played Tater's Eagles every week, they would be 2-2 this season.
    • Besides Tater's Eagles, Concuss would have defeated seven other teams this week.
    • Concuss would be 1-2 if they played the same schedule as Tater's Eagles.
    • If Concuss had played every team in the league each week, they would be 12-24.
    • Tater's Eagles would have lost to three other teams besides Concuss this week.
    • Concuss would have lost to Tater's Eagles 137.68 - 54.92 had they played each other last week.
    • Tater's Eagles would be 3-0 if they played the same schedule as Concuss.
    • If they played every team every week, Tater's Eagles would be 24-12.

Bragging in the fantasy league thread about your accomplishments from another fantasy league is grounds for execution.

Congrats to Moogs for slaughtering me...what a week. But I like this from the recap:

"If they played the same schedule as Debt Team, Moogs Three Crowns would be 0-3."

Tater...what were you saying about scoring 135 and getting beat? I had 4 guys on bye weeks and played Pitta & gimpy Maclin for a combined 1.2 points.

I've lost two consecutive weeks with my opponents getting biggest blowout. Yahoo's post draft analysis of the schedule seems to be accurate. So far I've given up the most points against.

Plausibly the toughest schedule in the league...but I'm determined to take you all out. Concuss will be clutching his head and screaming for Motrins by late Sunday evening : )
