He's the only one on the list to cry "and one" when taking a charge.
Just listened to Tayshaun Prince on NBA radio...hosted by Rick Mahorn and Jared Greenberg. He gave his perspective on the players today who think that resting the last 2-3 weeks of the season for a playoff run in no big deal despite fans paying big bucks to see them sit. He says it disrespects the players of yesteryear who played every game for less money. Tay played 82 games plus playoffs for six straight years. He like most Piston alumni are hoping that the Piston can get their act together and make the playoffs. When asked if he would come back and help a team for a playoff push, he indicated he is in shape and if a top 5 seed or better team inquired about his help, he would be willing to assist them. Which means don't expect him to bring any veteran leadership on the bench to the Pistons.
His bag is already packed.
There is really no sense in unpacking a bag that small. All he has in it is his Ken Doll collection and some AC/DC tapes.
Funny that we all made fun of this priceless photo when all it was just his laptop that he took on his trip with him...his regular bag with his 2 shirts, dress pants, and 2 pair of underwear and deck shoes were in his checked luggage.
Did you order the code red?

Interesting but also coming from a guy who lost 4/6 ECF series and complained about being tired in them. I think fans would rather see Championships than late regular season games and say what you want about LBJ but he always plays his best when it counts the most so I would not change a thing in their formula.
If only it was so simple as injecting Dre with some of KG's tiger blood.
An extremely small percentage of fans, if polled, would have said that they came to the arena to see Tayshaun Prince.
As we've learned in the last year, how you ask the questions can have a large impact on the responses received.
You could have packed that small percentage into a tiny suitcase.
Watching the Cavs Celtics game right now. I just can't get used to this Isaiah Thomas name. There's only one Isaiah Thomas. This guy needs to change his name to Izzy or something.
I agree. It's a nice honor to have someone named after you, though.
Two days ago, several of my high school students were marveling how the Celtics ended up with the first pick in the draft. I asked them, ever heard of a man called Darko Milicic? They all replied in unison, no. I said about 14 years ago, my Pistons played in the NBA Finals, had the best team in the NBA, and they owned the rights to the #2 pick in the draft. Lebron was drafted first. The Pistons were drafting next and they could choose to have either Dwayne Wade or Carmelo Anthony. But they chose Darko Milicic instead. They proceeded to marvel some more.
Some history should just be left in the past....
You can't teach height.
I actually teach height all the time. Height is always perpendicular to the base of a triangle.
