I agree everyone is available or expendable this summer including Arne Kander who's frozen bananas didn't work like they had in the past!

It's not Arnie's fault...Joe made him switch to a cheaper banana supplier.

Should I start a Chiquita vs. Dole poll?

Maybe they were Organic?? and they didn't provide the same soothing as regular bananas did on Rips' groin and Sheed's calf.

You could, but it probably wouldn't top your chapstick poll :D

Hmmm...I'll bet if they made banana flavored chapstick, the sales would go through the roof.

I'm not sure these guys have earned big bananas.

Sorry to hear that you will no longer be writing the recaps. Almost always interesting and succinctly written, and well worth reading.

Lee those were great Leecaps....if you saved them all, maybe we can get you together with an editor and publisher and you can put together a book called Dumars: The building and Dismantling of a Potential Dynasty. I have read your game recaps dating back to 2002....put them all together and you got a book of Dumars/Pistons greatest hits and misses.

I was thinking about Summer League yesterday. Who's gonna fill out the roster? So far I got:

    Sleepy Sharpe
    Trent Plaisted
    Deron Washington
    '09 1st Rounder
    '09 2nd Rounder X 3

...Amir Johnson - AGAIN? (dude's a career summer leaguer)
...Stuck? - (isn't he kinda worn out?)
    ...Spellcheck?
    ...AI?

Stuckey will participate in scrimmages, but I don't think he'll be playing in any SL games this year.

But Pistons did very well in Vegas going 4-1. I wonder if it counts as winning a playoff round?
