I don't think that is out of the norm. Your target heart rate zone is between 60 and 85 percent of your maximum rate. Therefore, if you're 45 years old and have a maximum heart rate of 175 beats per minute, your heart should beat between 105 and 149 beats per minute while you exercise.

    Pistons take no Bull (expletive).
    ...some observations:
    • I like Pau Gasol but I feel like I'm watching a replay of the Zapruder film every time he gets fouled ("Back and to the left."). Dude looks like he might have a few drama classes under his belt. I'm guessing he's one of those academy award types that can summon real tears whenever he wants to.
    • Someone mentioned RJ taking a lot of shots. When does Reggie ever NOT lead "his" team in shot attempts? I'd have to check the box score to be sure, but the "eye test" made it appear that R-Jax jacked up more shot attempts than anyone else. ...Nothing new here.
    • Despite the fact that our Point Guard runs a lot of "QB keepers", Our Pistons had some good ball movement in this one. There seemed like a lot of instances where dudes were passing up open shots to get their teammates WIDE open shots. Andre is also becoming awesome at firing bullet passes out of the post to wide-open dudes at the 3pt line.
    • Is it just me or does Mook's jumper look like Paul Pierce's? He has that lean-back style on that thing.
    • A grind-it-out game like this is good playoff prep.
    • Steve Blake makes (expletive) happen! I remember consecutive trips down the floor in the 2nd half where Old Man Blake seemed to wave a magic wand that resulted in a defensive switch that saw Aaron Brooks trying to check Tobias Harris in the post. ...Entry pass - bucket - done. -- THIS is the kinda stuff that "Point Guards" do!
    • Stan Johnson only took a handful of shots but he managed to miss in every way possible. I thought a couple of his bricks might have damaged the backboard. Other than that - he played pretty well.
    • That play where Reggie swiped at the ball and accidently hit Jimmy Butler in the face was kinda funny. Butler just sort of tossed Reggie aside, went baseline and dunked it. Jimmy Butler is a strong dude. I heard some pundit compare Stanley Johnson to Butler a while back. If that all turned out to be true, I'd be stoked beyond belief.
    • Mrs BDL has a crush on Tobias Harris. - She should based on the way he tends to play basketball!
