If the Pistons starters look lost against the Celtics, sit em down and play the bench. Throw Amir, Delfino and JMax into the mix. Amir & JMax appears to be the only two guys who ar not afraid to get in the paint and grab the rock.

Yes there should be more accountability. Last game would have been a good time to play Amir. He could not have possibly done any worse.

This is the most suitable thread that I could find to post this.

Through 5 games, if we were to rank the Pistons by +/-, here is how it goes:

    Flip Murray (+11.7)
    McDyess
    JMax
    Delfino
    Sheed (+0.7)
    Hunter
    Rip
    CBill
    Tay
    Nazr (at -13.5!)

So, our starters are not getting the job done, but our bench is keeping things close. Who would have thunk it? Most astounding is Nazr, considering he is surprising many of us with his rebounding and scoring.

    Other interesting stats so far:
We are still a jump shooting team with 70% jumpers to 30% close+paint+dunks. Our opponents are pounding it inside with 57% jumpers and 43% close. However, our eFG is .470 to their .469. And we manage to shoot 31 FTs/game to their 27. These are sort of contradictory numbers.

Flip should of played the bench late. They are the ones that brought the team back. The starters didn't do good in the second half, Flip should of then played the bench.
