No he was signed and paid starter money to be a scorer off the bench...and we've overpaid by about 90%. The plus 13 in 13 minutes means nothing to me...that number is so easily scewed by teammates. I would rather watch the player and see how they look out there and how the game flowes when they are on the court, and I usually cringe when hes out there.
How about this Mr Wizard. Last night a Washington player took a shot that missed everything, though it was clearly a shot, and it was caught by Tay. Is that a steal, a board, or even for practical purposes, a blocked shot?
If it was clearly an attempted shot, then it counts as a field goal attempt by the shooter and a defensive rebound for Tay (probably his only one).
