Detroit Pistons at Philadelphia 76ers Wednesday December 9 7:00 pm Local TV: Nat'l TV: ESPN Radio: 98.7 WVMV
Is this game really on ESPN? My printed NBA.com schedule says it is, but when I set up my sister's DVR for this game ESPN has Chicago vs. Atlanta on this date at this time slot. Did we lose one of our few nationally televised games?
I'm genuinely surprised. You'd think that with AI being in Philly now the Sixers-Pistons game would draw a larger audience than Bulls-Hawks. I mean, who really follows the Hawks outside of Atlanta anyways?
I just don't get the feeling that the atlanta area follows any prof sport very well... how many years were the stands empty for the braves during there playoff runs.
One of the few games. ESpn and Tnt have showed worse teams than Detroit, but we get the boot the first chance available.
Pistons' Richard Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince remain out; Ben Gordon's status now in doubt | Detroit Pistons - - MLive.com
Sixers have now lost 10 straight....can we extend it? Quote of the day: Tony Kornheisr of PTI AI's was tired and out of shape and had no defense for anyone and said
I figure If AI loses this one...he'll just quit the 76ers and move on to another team on our schedule..
This game worries me. I think AI will go for 50+ points tonight as he seeks revenge against the Pistons for starting him, going small so they could keep starting him and playing him the most minutes on the team for the majority of the season.
I think most of all he will seek revenge for Arnie trying to knock his man hood by rubbing a banana on his "ailments"
I Hope We Win by at least.. 60 points.. Specially because A.I. is in Philly again.. And I want the Pistons to beat him until he retires.. XD ---- No Seriously.. I hope for a Win tonight.
AI and Dalembert seemed to have a nice connection. There are a lot of elements to this current 76ers team that are similar to the 2001 team. Mainly, the athleticism that surrounds AI.
We just need to make sure that JJ can slow down the other AI as he normally can get off on the Pistons
Other than the fact that this Sixers team lacks the HOF coach, a defensive backbone in Deke and Iverson is a below average player now compared to an MVP winner in 2001.
