I'm guessing someone sees a large circle when they look at their calendar today.

Everyone has been talking about this game at work today. I can't wait!!!

I believe the Nets just took them to OT. Hopefully they'll be exhausted and we'll catch them while they're down.

Pistons have not won a road game since they beat the Cavs in Cleveland on 2/9....no wonder everyone had it circled on their calender.....betcha Q had it circled too hoping for an easy win..

Well looks like the Pistons have their hands full with the Cavs who are riding a 4 game losing streak and losers of 8 of their last 10. They are down 1 at the half.

Once again the Pistons defense is letting the opposition score at will, giving up 55% shooting in the first half. Meanwhile Stuckey and Tracey are shooting bricks combining for 2-11 shooting and Gmon has missed 3 FT's

Lets hope they play with a little more effort in the second half.

Only just logged on to watch, but have a question for people - with a lot of Monroe's baskets coming as mop ups at the ring, how well will he operate with JJ who is good at doing the same thing?

Will JJ defer to Monroe or will they get in each other's way?

Great questions. I can't wait to find out. I'm afraid we'll have to wait a long time, though.

Yea, fully expected JJ not to come back seeing as how the season's gone but I've been excited about seeing the two play together as the double up of hustle would hopefully rub off on the rest of the team.

That has been my nagging question though. Monroe seems to work from under the basket and JJ reads and runs in, so I thought we may see a bit of them spoiling each other. Hopefully not though.

Why is it Will Bynum plays every other game and when he does, he is our [STRIKE]taynking[/STRIKE] go to guy in the 4th? Dude took what look like the last 5 shots (except the Wilcox put back).

Why wasn't Wilcox and Monroe out there in the end? Once Bynum starts his beeline for the hoop, you need Monroe out there for the easy putback....although there were no easy put backs today..as both Monroe and Wilcox missed point range bunnies tonight. When there is an op to dunk, our semi bigs need to do it.

Rebounds..no contest the Cavs out boarded us 51-39.

Once again Max was no show in the game...committing a team high 4 turnovers where appeared he wasn't even paying attention on a couple passes to him under the basket.

NO CV tonight....is it his dog house time?

Admittedly these guys aren't all stars, but they can play and the effort they are giving is as if.....the season is over (taynking) and they want that top three pick to help the new coach next season

You don't even have to purposely tank. Just have Bynum out there doing his Will Bynum experience thing.

if not for the fact that the scrubs have been out there before in Crunch time of close games. They have kind of been our closing unit. Maybe Q gets an extra bonus if they snag a top 3 pick.

Seems like Jerebko needs to prove he can play going into the FA market.

Maybe the Pistons are purposefully protecting him in the rehab for that reason?

Well, they've finally hit boring. What a lackluster game.

Maybe this will lower the price enough so that they finally get sold. :yellowprison:
