Detroit Pistons at Chicago Bulls Wednesday December 2 8:00 pm Local TV: FS Detroit Nat'l TV: Radio: 97.1 The Ticket
Little ben comes back from the flat tire and drops 'fitty on those chumps. Jerebko makes Chi-Town forget that Scottie Pippen ever existed! Pistons by 1 on a bengo-buzzer-beater.
Don't forget WB going back home and ballin in front of all the scrubs he dominated on the "Mean Streets" of Chicago.
We have 2 Bens who will be playing against their former team. One of the Bens is disgruntled that they didn't even make him an offer when he became a FA, and the other is eternally grateful that they made his life complete by paying him an ungodly sum of money at the most inopportune time. These two things will probably cancel out and allow us to play exactly to our level.
Sry but for me Chitown team has become too pisspoor for hatred... And due to downfall of Chitown, instead of hate( or dislike, if you're Roscoe), mocking of Bulls is very viable option for me right now...:icon_evil: There is no better schadenfreude than witnessing their former top pick in Pistons uniform scoring from every corner or playing with thought "Fear the Fro for veteran minimum does in the name of "Pistons" something what he did not do for Bulls even for max salary"
I was thinking about getting some tix for this one tonight. But it seems like the best I can do in the lower bowl is $100. That means that to go to the game it would cost $200 for me and the wife + another $70 for the babysitter. Toss in some overpriced beers, nachos, and parking, and I'm looking at a $300 date to watch the Pistons play their B-team and to hear a bunch of Chicago jerks boo Ben Wallace. It's hard to beat the value of a free game on TV with the ability to pause the action on the DVR.
Inflation is insane, but I think it is because he has two kids, which means twice the diaper handling.
Another athletic front line for the Bulls. Anxious to see if Max and BW can keep up the effort from Sunday. Two days of rest will help, as well as getting BG back...Maybe we will see some Stuckey at the 3 against Salmons.
The cheapest decent help I can find for twin infants in the city is $15-$17/hr. Sometimes it seems worth it and sometimes it doesn't.

This is a good opportunity for the Pistons to maybe get a few wins in a row. Our schedule is letting up a bit. Nothing can be easy when you're missing over half your payroll to injury, but at least we are coming off a great win.
I'm thinking that having Gordon gone could easily account for the assist differential. Lack of Gordon, especially with Salmons struggling could also mean that defenses are keying on Rose more. In some ways maybe it's easier being a rookie that no one really knows how to play yet than a second year guy who has been amply scouted. The Bulls have put a lot of responsibility onto Rose, maybe a tad too much. (Though they didn't have too many other options.)
The Pistons haven't won in Chicago (regular season) since 2006... 6 straight losses in the Windy city since then. Time to end that streak tonight!
Ben is going to have a poor outing, much to the delight of Chicago fans. Ben is going to bully the Bulls frontline, much to the delight of Pistons fans. Pistons by 5.
Not so sure about bully. Noah and Wallace should be a good rebounding match-up. Ben is stronger, Noah is taller and more athletic. Both get it done of the offensive boards though. The Bulls have been that young team that was supposed to turn the corner for a while now, and every year they fail to live up to the hype. It will happen soon enough with Derrick Rose at the helm, but for now they aren't much better than the Pistons. If Ben Gordon plays, I'm taking the Pistons in a close one.
