I'd keep Gordon over Rip mostly due to the age difference between the 2..That said, before Gordon was injured he was in a shooting slump..Rip is almost always a high percentage mid-range shooter.. Where is Rip? Maybe he doesn't have a suit and tie
Neither have I.. You'd assume that you wouldn't need a tie collection if you were becoming a professional athlete
The NEW 2005 NBA Dress Code - Volume 1 Scroll down for Rip with suit, but no tie... Also a good shot of Kwame's small hands....
I'm tired of waiting for the return of Rip & Tay. I mind is already looking at draft choices. NBADraft.net
Tayshaun Prince may see time at power forward when he returns | freep.com | Detroit Free Press Amazing. With how badly that went last year. What's there to explore? It does not work.
Tayshaun Prince, ruptured disk, when he gets back, let's beat the living daylights out of him at Power Forward. Does Kuester have a drinking problem we don't know about?
Rip has a long way to go before he is even IN the background. That's how far he's fallen off the map. Weird stuff.
I had a really bad ankle sprain a few years ago and couldn't even begin to walk until more than a month on crutches. I always wondered why NBA players were always able to bounce back so quickly. I thought they must be getting special treatment that I didn't have. But I guess this is a good example of a real ankle sprain with probably ligament tearing and a long recovery. The strange thing about my rehab was that I couldn't balance on that foot for about a year, even after it stopped hurting. All of the fine motor balancing muscles atrophy and they come back slowly over time. Since we aren't doing much this year, Rip and Tay should take their time and wait until they feel 100% normal. Also, we have a plethora of SG's and SF's thanks to Joe's tremedous foresight.
They (Eli) did say that Rip had ligament damage done as a result of that sprain, Gordon however did not.
From Mlive... Hamilton damaged four ligaments and various tendons that surround the ankle joint when he suffered his injury in the season opener (Nov 29)
I learned that when tendons are completely snapped, the two ends over time will find eachother and reconnect (at least in the ankle). The body is a crazy thing.
The notes from Mlive and Yahoo fantasy confirmed this.... IMO he should be out the rest of this month just to make sure he is back to norm...I ain't mad at him no more and he can stay in the lockeroom and watch the game from the hot tub until it fully heals.
