I'll take that development along with those numbers for sure. Any takers out there?

If he gives us 10/10/2blks on 60%fg with a spattering of offensive boards, good defense in 25-30mpg, he will be the undisputed steal of the draft.

16/12/2a/2blk on 60% shooting will result in a messy keyboard

Just keep your beer away from the keyboard and it shouldn't be a problem.

That's what you were talking about, right?

I can see 12 rbg but not 16 ppg. I think he will have some low point high rebound games a la Wallace.

This kid, (not Smith, not Jennings, not Billups etc etc) will determine how big of a jump we take this year. If Drummond is able to bully and push around and basically render guys like Noah and Brooke Lopez ineffective....we're a top 4 team in the east.

I think Drummond broke out last year. It just takes a little while for people to notice a bench player off of a lottery team.

Yes. Beer. My rapid hand movements make knock it over....

I'm not so sure. He was consistently a high performer from the get go. Even just more of the same with a slight uptick in minutes (and associated production) plus some better FT% (even 50%) would vault him above Anthony Davis. When I think breakout, I think ignored 2nd rounders turned into key pieces (a la Chandler Parsons).

Drummond could render those guys useless last year and we still took a thumping. Its Drummonds potential, combined with the addition of other pieces which make us a good team, not just him alone.

He broke out in the sense that from very early on, it was clear that he would have been a top 3 pick if the draft were redone.

It just took him a while to break out and replace Jason Maxiell due to Coach Clueless the 4th.

This isn't much of a stretch but I think Anthony Davis is going to be much improved this year as well.
I watched some that USA Basketball intersquad scrimmage from Las Vegas and A-D was looking VERY good.
I was blown away by his ability to handle the rock for a big dude.
The whole fact that he was a PG in high school and had that late growth-spurt is going to surface for this kid soon.

I can see him scoring 14 pts per game. I'm kinda expecting a lot of putbacks.
