Mavs beat OKC 85-84 as a Thunder buzzer beater is a tenth of a second too late.

This is awesome. I now hate the Thunder.

After three blow outs last night, we get two straight road wins today....can Rockets complete the hat trick with Curry sidelined with a flat tire? Check back in 2.5 hours...

The face that Steven Adams saw as he attempted the winning put back in the

    I kinda liked it.
Next to the "Cancer Patient" episode against Kevin Garnett, this might be the most feisty I've ever seen BoT.
I'm backin' any passive-aggressive behavior that happens to bother Russ Westbrook.

I liked it too. First of all Westbrook came into the arena wearing an outfit from the Elle MacPherson collection and then he starts dancing with his teammate. I think Charlie did good. I laughed.

Charlie is always in the zone. A true NBA legend.

I also agree with you all. I thought what BoT did was awesome. I won't go as far as saying "Piston DNA" but it was definitely showing a little Bad Boys flavor there.

That is so awesome!!! Look at this quote from SJ:

"I wish he (LeBron) would just talk when [the game] is 0-0, not when he's up 16. I think that's more – that means something. That means you're confident in yourself. You believe what you're about to do. Don't talk after you made a couple shots. Anybody can do that," Stanley Johnson said. "He jabbers. He moves his mouth sometimes. Their whole team does, kind of like their little cheerleaders on the bench. Every time you walk in the right corner. They're always saying something like they're playing basketball, like they're actually in the game. There's only seven or eight players who play, I don't see why the other players are talking. They might as well just be in the stands, in my opinion."

I liked this guy before, but he is easily my newest favorite player in the world.

SVG deserved that fine but the NBA needed to hear what SVG had to say. It's not my money, but I think it was worth it. :clap2:

    Boston - Atlanta series

Been watching all the games. Only one I have missed is the 2nd Toronto game for forgetting to record it. Anyway, a quick comment on the Boston - Atlanta series. As I have written earlier in this thread, the two teams match up pretty close. Only difference, the Hawks are better by some at each position. Like, who would you really rather have between Teague and Thomas? Thomas is dynamic, but Teague will steadily hit the outside shots, run the O just fine, and has the size to overmatch Thomas going to the hoop. Or Amir vs. Milsap, or Sully vs. Horford. Atlanta has those too. On his best days, maybe Crowder beats out Bazemore, maybe. And Korver, even in slump makes you spend a ton of energy to guard him. Now, I have not seen a game yet at Boston's homecourt - but I am not seeing a way for Boston to get past the Hawks. No, I do not think it makes that much difference that Bradley is injured as Boston still has enough guards without him. But it does not help, for sure.

    OKC - Dallas game 2

Got to admit, I was rooting for Dallas. Just because I hate to see hero ball, which is what OKC reverts to any time they see any pressure put on them. Kudos to Carlisle for coming up with a game plan to stick with OKC enough, and therefore, as planned, beat them down the stretch as Durant and Westbrook all the sudden can not see any other teammates out there other than those 2. Yeah, took just about a hundredth of a second worth of luck to come out with the win, but it worked. Can they get enough healthy bodies out there for the next game is the biggest question.
