Well Greg Monroe wasn't supposed to be there, he fell, and now he's a Piston instead of John Henson, Eric Davis or Upke Udoh!!!!

Andre Drummond wasn't supposed to be there, he fell, and now he's a Piston too!!!!!

So who falls in this year's draft? The boards essentially say this:
    1. Noel
    2. McClemore
    3. Porter
    4. Len
    5. Oladipo
    6. Bennett
    7. Burke
    8. HERE WE ARE! If all goes according to the popular trains of thought (mock drafts on the internet) we should end up with CJ McCollum, but what if like in prior years someone falls again? Any guesses on who? And who would you definitely pick over McCollum if someone falls the way Moose and Dre did.

I put my hand in the magic hat, and pulled out a name, and that was Oladipo.

The posturing has begun as the Cavs and Magic have suddenly talked about how much they like Oladipo.......I don't think anybody really wants to take Noel in the Top 3.

Let's not get too technical with KGREG's thread titles. He takes it personal.

Latest 2014 mock draft has these guys at the top:

    1. Andrew Wiggins, Kansas
    2. Jabari Parker, Duke
    3. Marcus Smart, Oklahoma State
    4. Julius Randle, Kentucky
    5. Willie Cauley-Stein, Kentucky
    6. James Young, Kentucky
    7. Andrew Harrison, Kentucky
    8. Glenn Robinson III, Michigan

Kentucky appears to have a good team.

Pistons should be able to get a decent player out of this crop.

Sure we do. We have a 1st rounder that is top-8 protected and a 2nd rounder.

I would love to grab Otto Porter, but it seems impossible. So, besides that Oladipo won't fall, let's pick Michael Carter-Williams

At this point I think I have CJ (McCollum, not our CJ, although he's pretty cool too) ahead of Trey on my Big Board inside of my Big Head.

    I agree.
If Joe drafts CJ McCollum, you must leave this forum to avoid confusion.

The person with the best chance of falling is Burke then Porter. GM reach for potential and athleticism. That means MCW goes in the top seven.

I hear rumors that a number of teams want to trade out of the draft but only 1 will succeed if at all. I'll be fine with anyone. I don't like Noel but that is a moot point.
