UM rode a great second half (45-34) to get the season sweep. I still think Sparty goes farther in the NCAA Tourney.

Good win for the Wolverines today!! Can't call it a season sweep yet as they will probably meet in the Big 10 championship game.....but the Wolves have the upper hand so far. Nice comeback in second half. I thought for sure that when they went down 22-11, it was over.

Good to see Tim Jr and the Burke parents show up to support the team.

Interstate twitter bragging rights go to the guys in Ann Arbor until tourney time.

Michigan made the final four last year. That's good enough for me again this year.
Beating Izzo twice is always a good season.....

Betcha dollars to donuts that Sparty is still ranked higher than the Wolves in tomorrows top 25 rankings despite losing to Michigan twice this season.

It will be more on reputation than record. Michigan leads the conference by a half game over MSU, but due to injuries Jay Bilas still believes that in the end MSU will be in the final four more so than most of the other team currently ranked in the top 6...

wow ..... The Blues really showed me something in the second half....I like Levert's three pointer at the halftime buzzer ,,,He caught and turned back up court the second after he shot it....Stauskis looked AllBig 10 after this game...

I agree. I would rank MSU higher. Head to head though,
Michigan seems to have their number as they've won 6 of the last 8.
In the NCAAs though...it wouldn't surprise me to see BOTH in the final 4.

I'm gonna hope for a 3 seed for Michigan.
State could even get a 2 seed.
I look for Wisconsin to get a 1 seed.

Seems like State is steady and sound, UoM is more explosive.

Wisconsin has some climbing to do. They will have to win BIG tourney championship. Right now, it's Duke, Florida, Cuse and Wichita State.

Even if Wisconsin wins the big 10 championship, they will be no better than a 2 seed. Right now I will concede a three to them as they will probably run the table in the rest of the big 10 season. Just need to go far in the B10 tourney to get the 2 or 3.

If the current top four run the table and win their tournaments, I see Florida, Arizona, Wichita and Syracuse.....no Duke unless Witchita falls..
