    It was good for MSU to win against a team ranked #35 in the AP football poll.
    Being down 13-0 entering the second half, MSU was able to overcome and win.
    Kinda scary defensive battle as MSU gained only 227 yards on 69 plays......or a 3-3 yards ave.

    The Big Ten is lousy. Once again the pretenders were exposed.

    Michigan State and Northwestern tried to salvage what little dignity the conference had remaining.

    Winners:

    Michigan State and Northwestern.



    Losers:

    Michigan,Minnesota, Wisconsin, Purdue and Nebraska.


    Total : 2-5. Some of these teams were actually ranked in the top 20.


    Oh, and for those who talked crap all season long (you know who you are)

    U of M final record was 8-5
    MSU final record was 7-6
    A whopping one game difference.
