Your "praise" of MSU sports teams (doing better than Michigan teams) just come off as condescending left handed compliments rooted in envy. Highly entertaining...although it gets old sometimes. I've read this similar sentence from you on several posts during my time here. Since you've used it more than once...seems like a label to me. apples and potatoes............
I'd request that you dig up those posts to substantiate your claim, but this thread is about MSU. ...Back to MSU.
Here's something MSU........ Michigan State's Nix suspended following arrest - College Basketball - Rivals.com He is scheduled to return as a senior next year. His college career may have gone up in smoke.....................
nemo gets off on it. He thinks Nix should get the death penalty or at least life in prison for this offense. I tend to agree with him. This is highly embarrasing to my alma mater. He needs to be punished. I'm pretty sure nobody on the U of M teams touch that crap.
I really think a lot of things should be made legal. Our country would be able to tax these items. We could mostly do away with underground commerce.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....now I get it. I didn't get your signature until just this minute!!!! Good one detteam.
Michigan State Prison has a lot of criminals University took the right action since it is against the law. It'll be interesting to see what Izzo decides to do with this situation................. Two Lion players have been caught recently with the weed....................
Was the tweet reponse to Trey Burke from the MSU AD a subliminal way to get him to leave the M for the pros so that the M's program suffers next season? Michigan State says Mark Hollis' tweet to Trey Burke didn't violate NCAA rules | Detroit Free Press | freep.com Oh by the way....Today Burke's HS team mate Buckeye Jared Sullinger has declared his intent to go pro...will Burke follow suit now and give MSU the automatic road to the big 10 championship or at least regular season crown?
Pretty funny coming from you. Not a $5 civil infraction (for up to 2 ounces [a lot of weed]) anymore but Ann Arbor still has some of the most liberal cannabis laws in the country. Post I saw on an MSU forum earlier today: "just saw derrick nix runnin in public with a trainer. he was sweating big time and tired when i saw him, and that was before the guy made him do a dead sprint across munn field (diagonally toward the breslin). he actually was moving pretty fast too. seemed like he's in a decent spirit even tho i'd speculate that it was a form of punishment from izzo. good news would seem to be that if it is punishment, izzo wasnt plannin on kicking him off the team. here's hoping"
If I had my way, many activities considered criminal would be off the books. I lived during the $5 fine days of Ann Arbor. It was wonderful for many of us... It made sense then as it does now. (the $5 civil infraction...that is...)
Expect these freshmen to play a big role next season - Yahoo! Sports Trey Burke is staying and our BIG arrives this year.............he's a 5 star recruit.........
Yep Burke saw how Morris never gets off the Laker bench and most people forget that Manny Harris is even in the NBA...stay in school was the best move for Burke and THE PROGRAM!! he will get paid later... G Trey Burke staying at Michigan - Yahoo! Sports
Found this post in the MSU basketball thread from last season.......... I guess not much happenin for the green and white this season.....
