Thanks for the curse WW.....Sidneys Penguins go down and we don't have to see those pink lips the rest of the Spring....

Would be nice for the 8th seed to win the whole thing.

    5-2 final!

Montreal's goalie, Jaroslav Halak, has been UNBELIEVABLE!

The Habs knock off the top seed in the East in game 7 for the second series in a row.

He's a Restricted Free Agent after this year, but I can't see Montreal letting him go.

Carey Price is on the market though...

    This is getting HABitual.

    It's a bad HABit.

It's time to kick the HABit.

Having Jammer post everytime the Habs win is bothersome. Particularly when he seldom posts on our Fantasy Hockey Forum.

Flyers and Habs are just digging a deeper hole. 7 and 8 seeds vs 1 or 2.
    YOU CAN'T WIN.

I wouldn't say that. The western teams sure have a lot of stars but most of them are soft guys with a losers mentality or very young while on the other hand Philly got the Kevin Garnett of hockey - Prongs. This guy takes team after team to the SC final (even as lousy as Edmonton) and Philly really got their old Broad Street Bullies style back with him, Carcillo, Carter, Richards, Betts, Hartnell etc. It's not fun to play those guys night after night.

Pretty funny with a 7th seed having home field advantage in the conference finals btw.

Wings whipped Prong's azz so many times when he was with the Blues.
Thats why he got run out of St.Louis, he just couldn't get it done.
    I'll take the Sharks....in 6 against a 7 or 8.

Not the smartest move by the Blues GM considering where St Louis been since they ran Pronger out because he couldn't get it done. (in a franchise were McInnis, Gretz and Hull couldn't get it done) The guy who couldn't get it done somehow went straight to the SC finals with the Oilers and after that won the cup with the Ducks and now has taken the eternal play off chokers Philly with the worst set of goalies I've seen to a lead in the conference finals.

Ofcourse the western champs will be the favourite since they are the number one and two seeds but I would never discount the Flyers.

I'd like to see Philly win a title, they have come close so many times. I think Laviolette is a decent coach, I like guys like Gagne and Mike Richards.

Philly or Montreal works for me.

I loved the tough Dave Scultz, Fred Shero, Bobby (Clark?) Flyers as a kid. Dont know why I picked Tampa as my other team a couple years ago. I guess because of Lecavalier. I should have picked another Philly team.

I'd like all of them to win. :) Philly for being Philly again, Habs since they would go crazy in Montreal, Sharks since I'd like one of my favourite players Jumbo Joe to lift a cup finally and Blackhaws because Hjalmarsson is from the same small town (Eksjö with 10k people) and team as me and they probably play the most entertaining hockey. The teams I didn't want to win are already out of it like Pens, Caps, Coyotes etc. Hard to pick one but if I have to cut it down I'd say Blackhawks - Flyers with Blackhawks winning the 7th game in OT with Hjalmars gamewinner.

Clearly the issue was more the Blues, than Prongs. remember that time we stopped his heart with a puck to his heart. face plant
I'll take the Sharks in 6 only cause they'll take a game off.

Happiest Hockey player in the USA??? Marion Hossa!!

No game 7 for him to sweat out this year after being on the losing end of game 7 the past two seasons with two different teams....
