What about the Lions?
Contraction actually makes a lot of sense. If the teams can't make money with a salary cap, then maybe the market doesn't support 30 teams.
If the Lions decided not to play for a season, the die hards would come to their senses.
That to me is the question of the ages. How can so many be duped into actually buying game tickets for the Lions all these years?
All I hope for is that a hot dog will still cost me $8 at the game after the dust settles.

Hey dba, any chance we can get an updated analysis for this past season? Then we can see how ridiculous the various contracts awarded this offseason were.
